Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms govern the purchase of physical products, digital products (PDFs, reports, guides) and consultancy services offered by The Royal Watchery Ltd. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in EUR and GBP inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are confirmed only after successful capture.
3. Digital products
Digital downloads are personal and non-transferable. By starting the download the customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)).
4. Consultancy
Consultancy sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Rescheduling is possible up to 48h before the session.
5. Physical products
Print-on-demand via Printify. Delivery 5–15 business days. TRW is not liable for carrier delays, customs or force majeure.
6. Right of withdrawal (physical)
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, notifying info@theroyalwatchery.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Customised items are excluded.
7. Legal warranty
24-month conformity warranty on physical products. Visible defects must be reported within 8 days of receipt with photos.
8. Limitation of liability
TRW is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the disputed order.
9. Intellectual property
All content is TRW's exclusive property. Reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited without written authorisation.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of the seller's registered office, save mandatory consumer protection rules.
11. Changes
TRW may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of order applies.
