Shipping & Returns

Digital products / info-products — No returns, no refunds

PDF guides, playbooks and any other digital content sold on theroyalwatchery.it are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83 (and art. 59 lett. o of the Italian Consumer Code): as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivery begins at payment with the customer's express consent and waiver of the withdrawal right.

By completing the purchase and generating the download link the customer declares to:

have read these terms and to want immediate delivery of the digital content;
expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right applicable to distance contracts;
accept that no refund, full or partial, will be issued for digital products already delivered, downloaded or viewed.

For technical access issues email info@theroyalwatchery.com within 7 days: we will replace the download link at no cost.

Digital delivery

Guides, PDFs and reports are available immediately after payment in My account > Downloads and by email. Link is personal, valid 30 days, capped at 10 downloads.

Physical items — Production

Every item is made-to-order: production takes 2–5 business days after payment. We hold no stock to guarantee zero overproduction.

Italy: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
USA / Canada: 7–15 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Free shipping on Italy/EU orders over €150.

Physical returns

You can request the return of a defective or non-conforming physical item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags.

Return shipping is always at the customer's expense, except for items that were faulty on arrival documented with photos within 8 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return:

digital products (guides, PDFs, playbooks, video consultations);
personalised, engraved or bespoke items;
items worn, washed or missing original packaging;
consultations already delivered or slots not cancelled in time.

To start a return email info@theroyalwatchery.com with order number and reason. You'll receive instructions within 48h.

Refunds (physical only)

Refunds for correctly returned physical items are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods, to the original payment method.

Items damaged in transit

Report items damaged in transit within 8 days of delivery with photos of the goods and packaging. We'll replace or refund in full at no extra cost.
